Bobi Wine Rigged Elections in Central Uganda - Sipapa
Socialite Sipapa has expressed his disappointment with NUP President Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine whom he accuses of rigging elections in Buganda.
In an interview with a local radio station, Sipapa claimed Bobi Wine along with the elected NUP members of Parliament participated in vote malpractice and voter bribery.
He claimed people of Kampala and other parts of central Uganda love and support President Museveni but Bobi Wine used his NUP promoters like Segirinya to rig elections.
"Museveni is the most loved leader in Kampala and Buganda.Bobi Wine through Segirinya stole our votes but soon we shall capture our capital again," he partly said.
NUP won almost all the parliamentary seats in Kampala, Wakiso, Luweero, and other parts of central Uganda.
