I Am Going To Burn More Bibles — Pastor Bugingo Speaks Out After Winning Court Case
At the end of last week, Nabweru court delivered its ruling on the case where city Pastor, Bugingo was accused of violating religious rules and burning the holy bible. Dembe FM's Aloysius Matovu and his crew dragged the pastor to court and wanted him to be penalized for the act.
However, the ruling went in favour of Pastor Bugingo after his accusers failed to produce enough evidence. It was then ruled that Bugingo is innocent and a free man. Court also tasked Matovu and his crew to pay court cost incurred by Bugingo.
When the news landed into the ears of Bugingo followers who had camped at the Court, they branded him as the only rightful pastor in the land.
While appearing on his TV station, Salt TV last night, Bugingo who was still in celebratory mood sent a sound warning to fellow Pastors like Kiganda and others that he is going to burn more bibles that contain verses which he finds weird to be part of the bible.
“I am going to burn more bibles as long I don't find suitable for reading and contain devilish verses. Those that protested took me to court, and I won. Even in heaven, will win. I always believe in what is right for my people. I will defeat Kiganda and Serwanda even in heaven,” he was quoted saying.
