I wanted to ask Weasel if I could replace Radio - Pallaso
Musician Pallaso made his return to the Ugandan music industry in 2013 after spending many years in the USA.
Pallaso, who was formerly known as Mr. Lizard was welcomed by Radio and Weasel. The three hit the studio to record "Mudongo", a song that topped music charts.
Pallaso went on to excel as a solo musician and was recently crowned as the Artist of the year in the Zzina Awards.
In a recent interview, Pallaso disclosed that at one time, he wanted to join the Goodlyfe crew.
Pallaso said he almost asked his elder brother, Weasel, if he could replace Radio as part of the duo but realized it would be disrespectful.
“I wanted to ask Weasel to let me replace Radio as part of the duo but I later realized it was impolite. I decided to work as a solo musician,” Pallaso said.
When Pallaso came back to Uganda, he dropped several massive songs like "Amaaso" featuring Radio and Weasel, "Go down low" with Sheebah, "Twatoba" featuring Davido among others.
Many Ugandans started appreciating his talent when he released "Mulamu".
It was produced by Eddy Dee and Red Pro. TJ, and it automatically became an anthem.
