I refused to use witchcraft at my concert - Cindy Sanyu
Early this year, Cindy Sanyu staged one of the most successful concerts by a Ugandan female artist.
The concert was held at Lugogo Cricket Oval in March had an estimated turn up of over 15,000 people.
She has since been celebrating her achievement moreover branding herself the “Record Breaker”.
Over the weekend while at Pastor Wilson Bugembe’s church, Cindy opened up on what she went during her concert preparations.
The self-proclaimed King herself said several stakeholders and close friends advised her to use witchcraft to stop rain and attract people to come to the venue but because she believed in God. She turned their advice down and instead prayed to God.
The use of witchcraft to stop the rain and attract revellers has been linked to numerous successful events over the years.
