Mowzey Radio Murder Suspect Denied Bail
Singer Mowzey Radio passed away early this year after succumbing to head injuries he sustained in a bar brawl at De Bar in Entebbe. After his death, the key suspect Wamala Godfrey alias Troy was arrested and remanded to Luzira Prison.
News on Howwe desk indicates that Troy was denied bail by the High court in Kampala on Friday 24th August 2018.
Our snoops have learnt that Justice Jane and Francis Abodo declined to grant bail to the prime suspect in the death of Mowzey Radio as he had sought although his grounds were found genuine with sureties.
Justice Jane Frances Abodo said that the case is risky, of a grave nature and releasing Troy into the public is dangerous to his life.
However the Judge promised to write to the Registrar at Entebbe High court to fix Troy’s case for trial as soon as possible.
Troy, who was a bouncer at De Bar is facing a charge of murder of Mowzey Radio.
